DO WE RECEIVE BEFORE WE GIVE?

This has been the argument between me and my friends lately,  I discover this secret lately and  tabled it on an argument-able debate with my wise friends but the argument went all day.

What am about to reveal to you my social friends; This is an argument 90% of you will disagree with me but I hope to teach to your understanding,  to understand the other side of Giving and Receiving, but before I continue i will like to have your opinions about the order of Giving and Receiving.

Please tell me the right between this!

Do we Receive before we Give or we Give before we Receive?

A)  Receive to give

           

B)  Give to receive

But let me give u an hint

You cant give what you don't have!
